Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Momentra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region to use Momentra.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the moments, photos, and notes you create. You grant us only the limited permissions needed to store, display, and sync your content for you and the people you choose to share it with. You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share it.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use Momentra for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't upload content that infringes others' rights or violates their privacy.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

5. Subscriptions

Momentra may offer optional paid features. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Momentra available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Momentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Keep your own backups of anything important to you.

8. Termination

You can stop using Momentra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
