Privacy Policy
Momentra is built privacy-first. This explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.

Template notice: this policy is a starting point that reflects how the app works. Please have it reviewed by legal counsel and tailored to your jurisdiction before publishing to the App Store.
Overview
Momentra (“we”, “us”) helps you keep countdowns and memories for the moments that matter. We collect only what we need to make the app work, and we never sell your personal data.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we store your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic profile information those services provide. You may optionally add a username, a short bio, a profile photo, and a phone number.
Your content
Moments you create — titles, dates, categories, notes, photos, and reminders — are stored so they sync across your devices. Photos you add are uploaded to secure cloud storage.
Usage & diagnostics
We may collect limited, non-identifying diagnostic information to keep the app stable. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To provide core features — countdowns, reminders, sharing, and sync.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To respond to support requests.
- To maintain and improve reliability and performance.
Sharing & service providers
We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate Momentra, including Supabase (authentication, database, and storage) and RevenueCat (subscription management). When you choose to share a moment with someone, only the details of that moment are shared with the people you invite. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data security
Your data is protected with row-level security so that, by default, only you can access your records. Connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
Your choices & rights
- Edit your profile, name, username, and bio at any time in Settings.
- Make moments private or public; private moments are visible only to you and people you invite.
- Delete your account from Settings — this removes your moments and associated data.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
Children's privacy
Momentra is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
